The Asus Eee 1215B is great looking netbook with excellent battery life and a larger than usual display which squares out at 12.1 inches on the diagonal. The netbook may be a bit heavier than expected but that’s to enable the great battery life which is supposed to be around the 8 hour mark, and it sports an HDMI output along with three USB ports.

HP Mini 210 Customizable Netbook PC

With the popularity of netbooks that was initially spearheaded by Asus Hewlett-Packard has since joined the foray and came up with its own entry into the competition: the HP Mini 311

Like all other netbooks, the HP Mini 311 is designed solely to be a mobile computer platform. In order to qualify as such, a netbook must be small and light. However, it also must have the necessary functionalities that the user will need like connectivity to the Internet and raw processing power that will allow him to run programs necessary for graphic and video editing as well as basic applications.

Most people will probably think that functionality will be partly sacrificed because of the available space for components inside the netbook, but that is not the case with the HP Mini 311.
